How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide and specific fit notes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or contacting our style team for personalized advice.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Avara ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
